System 75: Double Tube Mast

Product Finishes

  • Strong, light and portable mast
  • Double tube support for higher strength
  • Suitable for side mount antenna and equipment
  • Available in a range of heights up to 7m
  • MIL-STD-810G

The System 75 double tube mast uses two single Rolatube tubes to form the mast body. This results in an increase in torsional and axial strength, and top load capability. The increased strength makes the double tube tactical mast suitable as a directional antenna mast system or for a wide range of surveillance and communications technology that require higher levels of stability such as image recognition cameras and sensors. The increased strength also enables the mast to provide multi-functional capability, for example, combining radio and data communications equipment on the one compact and portable mast.

Deployed and recovered in minutes with minimum personnel, the mast system is maintenance-free and contains no moving parts to jam or freeze. Weather resistant and recoverable even when iced up, the mast maintains operability in the harshest environments.

A Rolatube mast system has exceptionally low packed volume. Our complete System 75 double tube mast system packs down to 300mm x 410mm x 300mm (12” x 16” x 12″approx.) and weighs from just 5.8kg (12.8lb)*.

Available in four heights to match operational requirements, the System 75 double tube mast system is light, portable and quick to deploy. It is supplied with everything you need to set up the mast. For use as a radio communications mast, the top cap includes a 30mm socket for mounting ancillary equipment. A range of accessories for attaching top loads and providing additional setup options is also available.

Manufactured to MIL-STD-810G, the Rolatube tactical mast system is manufactured using our unique rollable composite to provide reliable operation over its lifetime. Uniquely, the mast body incorporates a tough, weatherproof cover which is available in a range of colours enabling the mast to be either easily identifiable or blend into to its environment as required.
